An uptempo and racy white wine. Floral on the nose with lemon, lime, pineapple and green apple on the mid pallet and a long finish. .5% residual sugar, dry like an Alsacian Riesling. Sip chilled on the porch or pair with salad, nuts, fresh fruit, shellfish, crab and especially with oysters. $16

The darling wine of the ancient Romans and the lost grape of Bordeaux. 100% Carmenere from Walla Walla Valley. Fresh cracked black peppercorn, quince, wild berries, exotic spice… an amazing mouth feel. Elegant, sophisticated, feminine, sexy, each sip leaves you longing for more. $27.
Swirl the wine in the glass and one gets a bouquet of fresh, ripe fruit and a slight floral note from the Petit Verdot. In the mouth it is silky soft with just the right amount of fine tannin and structure. A mixed basket of black cherries and Bing cherries, characteristic of the Seven Hills Merlot, and then more structure and grace from the Pepperbrdige Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon; so much on the senses: mouthwatering plums, dark fruit, black cassis, black licorice, dark chocolate, almost a note of fig, in the background cedar, then the pallet is awash with exotic spice and pepper from the Carmenere, a hint of mineral and more spice from the Cabernet Franc, and then the long, long finish, of blueberry and blackberry with more dark fruit, completed by the Malbec which lingers in the mouth for minutes and minutes. $32 a bottle; only 75 cases made.
A classic Walla Walla Cabernet. Huge body, great extraction, firm tannins, but subtle and smooth on the pallet. Cedar and toasty oak. Dark fruits—cherry, blackberry, and plum, notes of cocoa, licorice, cassis and spice with a lingering, polished finish. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon Pepperbridge Vineyard. $38
